in Vail, Colorado, from January 24 - 26, 2027.
A room block is reserved for attendees and available through December 28, 2026.

Is Skiminar invite-only?
Yes. Skiminar is a client-exclusive event hosted by Colliers Denver.
Do I need to ski to attend?
Not at all. Skiminar includes networking, dining, and the Fireside Chat panel alongside the skiing. Non-skiers are welcome to enjoy Vail Village and The Hythe's amenities instead.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. You'll also need to contact The Hythe directly to cancel your room reservation.
